사드 레이더 대신 에스피와이-1 레이더가 한국에 적당한 장비

사드( THAAD) 레이더 대신 에스피와-1 ( SPY-1D) 레이더가 한국에 적당한
장비라고 생각 합니다

1) 이유는 사드 레이더는 4000 킬로 미터이상의 탐지 거리를 가진
    미국이 중국쪽의 핵미사일을 감시 하기 위한 장비로
   지나친 탐지 범위를 갖고 있습니다

2) 평양과 서울간 불과 2시간 이내 거리로 불과 230 킬로 미터
    정도 거리이며, 북한 거의 모든 지역이 1000 킬로 미터를 넘지 않는습니다.
    에스피와이-1 레이더는 1500 킬로 미터를 감지 할수 있고 이것역시 미국 장비이기에
   이것으로 배치를 하면 충분히 북한의 핵미사일 탐지가 가능합니다

3) 잘알려진  그린파인 레이더 역시 에스피와이 1 과 유사한 성능의 제품이지만
    미국장비가 아닌 이스라엘산 이므로
    에스피와이면 충분할것입니다

4) 미국의 중국이나 러시아와 핵전쟁을 생각하여, 사드를 배치를 하는것이라면
   사드를 기준으로 하여 한국을 희생하려고 하는것처럼 보입니다.

5) 구태여 중국의 무역적인 보복을 감당하면서 까지 불필요한 미국과 중국의
    전쟁 무기 경쟁에 한국이 나설필요가 없기에
       에스피와이-1 레이더를 배치하는것이 실리적이며, 우리에게 맞습니다.

6) 미국 행정부에서 조차도 사드는 한국상황에 맞지 않는다고 결의안을 내 놓았고
    당시 이명박 정부에서도 사드는 과도한 감시 거리등으로 한국에서 불필요한 장비임을
    공식적으로 판단발표 하였던것을 정치적인 이유로 긴장을 고조할 필요가 없다고
    생각이 듭니다.

Australia Election 2 July 2016

Attached the letter from Malcolm

* His policy might not the best for Australian but it's clearly brighter direction to Australia.
- reasonable amount of educational and health spending with reference to saving plan of budget.

* Labor party direction is really no point for Australia future; Hugh amount of spending for education and health but no source of budget.  - get money from overseas and growing national debt
- 10 years some saving from different sectors : did they know their government term is only four years?
- it's ridiculous plan but I can understand why Australia has too much and huge amount of debt during the previous labour term
- they have no idea and control how to manage the national budget and the future of Australia.
